- Multi station transfer cold-heading machines (up to 6 stations) with extensive secondary capabilities like drilling, broaching, CNC, trimming, shaving, SEMs assemblies and others.
- 500K sq ft state of the art manufacturing and warehouse space. Eddy current, vision sorting and automated packing all in house
- Inventory management programs such as ; Kanban, Consignment, JIT. EDI ordering, barcode labeling, all PPAP level submissions
CASTINGS
- Ferrous and non-ferrous alloys covering sand castings, investment (lost wax) castings, die castings, perm mold, and other molding disciplines
- Automated green sand molding lines including; Disamatic, Hunter, Sinto, B&P and squeezers
- Low to high production volumes and size (weight) ranges
- Casting only or fully machined, painted complete parts.
- ISO certified with extensive sand and quality systems.
STAMPINGS & FABRICATIONS
- Short and long run stampings with press bending, robotic welding, high speed laser & plasma cutting, assembly and CNC machining capabilities.
- All volume levels
- In house tooling shop, inventory stocking and local plating/finishing resources
MACHINING SERVICES & OTHER PRODUCTS
CNC, Multi-spindle, rotary and other machining disciplines. Forgings, extrusions, sintered (powder) metal and injection molded parts, wire forms & springs.
